By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accepted my Terms of Service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:1. Payment must be made over PayPal or PIX. Prices on this site are in USD.2. At least 70% of the payment must be made upfront, with the rest being paid upon completion of the commission. You must pay the full price to receive the final product.3. The client may request a refund only before the commission has entered the final stages of production (linework/rendering), after which no value will be returned should the client wish to cancel the commission.4. I reserve myself the right to cancel the commission at any point, for any reason. In the unlikely case this happens, I guarantee to refund 100% of the amount paid by the client up to the date of cancellation.5. Major changes to the artwork (pose, proportions, etc.) can only be made before the final stages of production (linework/rendering). Any significant changes after that will result in a 10%/15% increase (during linework and rendering, respectively) in value over the original price of the commission, applied once.6. The finished artwork will be delivered digitally through whichever social media was used to communicate during the production process, in full size and resolution, and only after full payment.7. As the artist, I hold reproduction and distribution rights over the artwork, and therefore may use digital and/or physical copies of the product for self-promotional and indirectly lucrative purposes. If you wish that I don't use the product in this way, please inform me.8. After the final product is delivered, you may use and edit it as you please, granted you:
• Credit me for the original artwork (even if you've edited it);
• Do not remove, crop or blur any of my signatures and/or watermarks;
• Do not sell the product or use it for any direct lucrative purposes unless I have agreed to this beforehand. This includes selling prints, clothing, stickers, etc. You may still make those items for personal use, just don't sell it!
• Do not make the product into a NFT ("non-fungible token").
